Liberate them, then Unify them, you get your lands back, plus their farm, their generals, their weapons, mounts,retinues, everything.ĥ. Wait a turn or two for the scores to go up. Start giving them territories to get them happy again until they're trending toward 300+. Your diplomacy scores is now normal, maybe -200 since you were just killing their people. Now they're your vassal, with one farm and less then 2 stacks of army, your military strength is +60. If you can't pass -56.7, go to war with massive force, demand surrender every time you siege a settlement with army in it, shape them up as fast as you can so they can't form coalition and call for help, until they only have one farm, mine etc. Usually if they have 2 full stacks, you can get to +60 with 10k army or more. Military strength and strategic situation: you compare to them, the bigger their force is, the harder for the meter to go up. If you didn't do any thing bad, their total score should be around -56.7.ģ. Liberate them.When open Unify, take a look at Negative factor: If they are your best friend (diplomacy scores 150-180), their negative factor is -50. Beside marriage and demand abdication from a kingdom, Unify faction is the only option left, annex just give too much negative penalty at the moment so it's not worth trying.ġ. So I decided to dig a little bit into diplomacy to find a way to recruit generals without any diplomacy penalty. In any ROTK games I always want to play with as many legendary generals as I can. I'm a fan of ROTK and has been longed for TW:3K.
